RII50520 Diploma & RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Dual Qualification in Civil Construction Design (RII50520 Diploma and RII60520 Advanced Diploma) offers an exceptional pathway for aspiring professionals who want to build a strong foundation and advance into senior-level expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure design.

This comprehensive program integrates both qualifications, allowing students to progressively develop from core design principles to advanced technical and managerial capabilities. The curriculum covers a wide spectrum of civil construction disciplines — including roadworks, drainage, earthworks, structural design, and urban development — ensuring graduates are equipped with the skills required to plan, design, and manage complex projects that shape modern infrastructure.

Guided by industry-experienced trainers, students will engage in both theoretical learning and practical, hands-on training within simulated professional environments. They will learn to interpret client requirements, produce detailed and compliant designs, and apply strategic thinking to solve real-world engineering challenges.

Upon successful completion, graduates will hold two nationally recognized qualifications, empowering them with advanced technical expertise and professional versatility. This dual program opens the door to a broad range of career opportunities — from civil designer and project coordinator to senior civil works designer or para-professional engineer — across government, private, and consulting sectors.

Embark on this dual qualification journey and gain the knowledge, confidence, and industry readiness to design the infrastructure that shapes our future.
