Throughout the Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021), students gain essential practical skills in providing person-centred support to individuals in aged care, disability, and community contexts. The course focuses on delivering compassionate and effective care, communication, and safe work practices in a professional environment.
Progressing into the Diploma of Community Services (CHC52021), students build on their foundational experience to develop leadership and case management capabilities. This stage focuses on complex community issues, program coordination, and client advocacy, preparing graduates for supervisory or management roles in the community services sector.
Students will engage in both theoretical and practical learning experiences, supported by trainers with extensive industry expertise. The program blends classroom-based learning with practical placement opportunities, ensuring graduates are job-ready and confident in real-world environments.
